London-based Italian alt-rock artist Marta Vega drops fuzzy new single ‘OMG I’m In Love’ – the soundtrack to our Friday!

Melodic grit meets grunge, alt-rock and post-punk energy as Vega dives into trust issues and the messy feeling of falling for someone you probably shouldn’t.

“This single is about dating when you have trust issues, I’d say. It explores the relationship between falling in love and not wanting to, because you might get hurt or feel exposed. It’s also about liking someone who you shouldn’t be liking, so you kind of develop this relationship with the feeling of, ‘Yeah, I want it, but I shouldn’t,’ which I think develops into limerence. But also, it’s not that deep. I’d say it’s more important what it means to you rather than why it was written.”
