Ready to hit your ears in English or French, ‘Beach Body Ready’ is joyfully punk and chooses to hit the surf rather than drown under our insecurities.
We wanted to make a song that reminds everyone their body is already beach-ready — no crash diets, no filters, just you and your fabulous self. And why French? Because everything sounds cooler in French… even cellulite.”

The video for ‘Beach Body Ready’ showcases band members having a fun beach day, laughing, and running along the shore with a surprise cameo from Hull’s riot grrrl sensations WENCH. Shot by Mark Cartwright in Blackpool, we also get to see the band strutting on Rebellion Festival‘s opera house stage.
A track of delight and radical acceptance, ‘Beach Body Ready’ asks us to celebrate summer, in all of our forms, and in the bliss we deserve.
